My Journey

Great software does not just work — it delivers. Here is mine.

I am Mohit Gullani, a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 1.5+ years of professional experience building scalable, production-grade systems that solve real-world problems across healthcare, finance, and SaaS domains. I hold a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas (GPA 3.73) and was honored with a Gold Medal for ranking first in my undergraduate Information Technology program — a foundation that reflects my commitment to excellence in everything I build.

My core expertise lies in C#/.NET, Angular, React, RabbitMQ, Azure Blob Storage, and SQL Server, and I thrive at the intersection of backend engineering, frontend development, and AI integration. I do not just write code — I architect systems, design scalable workflows, and take full ownership of the products I work on, from initial development through QA, UAT, and production deployment.

At Outamation, I have had the opportunity to work on some genuinely challenging and impactful problems. I built and maintained a multi-tenant SaaS Quality Management System serving 10+ enterprise clients at 99.9% uptime, implemented Microsoft OAuth 2.0 with role-based access control, and designed event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ to power AI-driven loan audit workflows. The results speak for themselves — a 70% reduction in manual review, audit cycles cut from 5 days to 1.5 days, and 94% accuracy across automated QC pipelines. I have also contributed to a document generation platform for a tier-1 financial institution, reducing document errors by 85%, and I am currently building an end-to-end mortgage recordation application to eliminate manual handoffs in a highly regulated workflow.

Earlier, at Oncospark, I developed and deployed a full-stack Visitor Management System across 5 international offices, reducing check-in time by 40% and serving 200+ daily visitors. I also engineered a multi-tenant AI-powered document intelligence chatbot using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), achieving 89% query accuracy across 12+ client deployments handling over 10,000 monthly interactions.

During my internship at the American College of Emergency Physicians, I designed RESTful API microservices serving real-time data to 42,000+ emergency physicians nationwide with 99.8% uptime, and built a data consolidation layer that reduced data retrieval latency by 50% and eliminated 15+ hours of weekly manual reporting.

Beyond my professional work, I have built projects that reflect my curiosity and range as an engineer — from a Digital Wedding Platform with personalized themes and RSVP management, to a multi-threaded Inventory Management System handling 50+ concurrent users with thread-safe database transactions, to an Enterprise Retail Management System processing 2.4 million+ transactions annually across a 97-store chain.

I care deeply about writing clean, maintainable code, building systems that are reliable under pressure, and delivering work that creates measurable business value. Whether I am designing APIs, debugging distributed systems, or collaborating across teams, I bring the same level of ownership and attention to detail to everything I do.

If you are looking for an engineer who combines technical depth with a product mindset and a proven track record of shipping impactful work — I would love to connect.
